YogAnasA

What's the meaning of YogAnasA? In Yoganasa you can see first the word " anasa" which means "breath" in Greek. If you read it from the end you will read "asana" which means posture in Sanskrit. Yoga poses and breathing cannot be separated and so is it too for life and breathing. B.K.S. Iyengar, a great yoga master, always said: "Who can breathe can Yoga".
So... let's do so, let's breathe!!!

Schedules and lessons price

The lessons are led in small groups, 6 persons is a maximum.
One lesson is Frs 25.-- for adults and Frs 20.-- for children and young adults under 26.
First lesson is free.
A free class will be offered for children , once a week, the place and the time are still to be defined according to the number of children interested.

On Wednesdays from 1:30 pm to 4:00 pm a workshop will be hosted by Sandra Cottier on attention disorders. She will also lead workshops on positive discipline on Wednesdays from 19:00 to 21:00 and on Saturdays from 9:30 to 11:30.
