What's the meaning of YogAnasA? In Yoganasa you can see first the word " anasa" which means "breath" in Greek. If you read it from the end you
will read "asana" which means posture in Sanskrit. Yoga poses and breathing cannot be separated and so is it too for life and breathing. B.K.S.
