Hatha Yoga
Hatha Yoga is seen as the foundation for most of the occidental yoga practices and it's meaning is: the union (yoga) of the Sun (Ha) and the Moon (Tha). Uniting both the masculine and the feminine that are inside of us will wake up the Kundalini, the vital energy.
While practicing Hath Yoga you'll be introduced to yoga poses (the Asanas) with props for everybody, to breathing consciousness (Prayanama), to relaxation and meditation.
When practicing Yoga, everyday if possible, you can greatly improve both your physical and psychological health and healing appears. Remember: we are not responsible for what happens outside of us but we are for what happens inside of us.
Yoga is not just a plain workout, it becomes a way of life and suddenly we notice that we practice it during the lesson but also in our everyday life, all the time, practicing self-respect and respect for the others and everything that exists, living in the present, the only moment that is real and where anything is possible.
